Drop Down Panels

Surface mounted Drop Down Panels have been designed for ease of alteration of push button heights to comply with EN81-70 DDA Regulations. 

Fire Service Assembly

Fire Service Emergency Assembly with Toggle switch behind glass.  The standard legend supplied is `FIRE SERVICE, OFF, ON'  Other legends are available on request.

PANEL SIZE  150 x 100 mm with a diameter 70 Break Glass.

TOGGLE SWITCH  Double pole change over. 15 Amp rating.

BACK BOX  130 x 78 x 70 mm Deep, Zinc and colour passivated.

Landing Assemblies
Although Landing assemblies can be manufactured to any size required.  Switching Components has a standard range of landing assemblies for ease and speed of order processing.  Each of the three sizes listed below can be supplied complete with back box and the fittings of your choice.

Maxi  landing assembly
Panel size = 205 x 100mm.
Available with 1, 2 or 3 Apertures for fittings.
Back Box = 185 x 78 x 70 deep.

Compact  landing assembly
Panel size = 150 x 65mm.
Available with 1 or 2 Apertures for fittings.
Back Box = 130 x 50 x 50 deep.

Mini  landing assembly
Panel size = 110 x 65mm.
Available with 1 Aperture for fitting.
Back Box = 90 x 50 x 50 deep.

Car Operation Assemblies

Pictured to the right are three examples of Lift/Elevator Operating Panels using a combination of materials and a selection from our Series 44 push buttons indicators and key switches and our Series SD Digital Indicator range.   We have a vast list of assembly sizes within our standard range to suit your combination of required fittings.   Our experienced drawing office can design your panel for you, or follow any particular guidelines that you may have.

Non standard sizes are not a problem.  Our flexible working procedures will accommodate your occasional need to maintain existing sizes.   Every assembly we make is Computer generated to scale so that any problems will easily be detected and discussed with you before production commences.

  • 5mm Counter Sunk.
  • Tamper Proof
  • Secret, totally unseen from panel front.
